The CTM Fugitive Recovery Investigation Team is a specialized unit dedicated to investigating, tracking, and reporting on individuals with outstanding warrants or who are otherwise of public safety concern. This team is strictly journalistic and investigative in nature; it does not apprehend, detain, or pursue fugitives.
